The report of findings appointment with Dr. Aaron is an important part of your chiropractic care. His job is to find areas of the spine that aren’t moving enough. When you have these types of issues in your spine, the result is pain, stiffness, inflammation, and neurological symptoms. You may even have some physiological changes within the spine. Dr. Aaron is very specific in the adjustments he makes and treatments that he recommends to restore motion within the joints. He alters his adjustments based on how your body responds.

While many chiropractors rely on paperwork to understand their patients’ symptoms, Dr. Aaron uses the art of conversation and building connections with people to ensure that your body is balanced and functioning properly so it can heal naturally. He chooses motion-specific and prone-specific treatments that target the problem in your body, such as:

  • Traction table
  • Hands-on
  • Manual adjustments
  • Activator

Dr. Aaron understands that each person needs an individualized approach to care. He is very specific in where and how he performs adjustments to help your body respond while ensuring that you are comfortable. Dr. Aaron wants you to feel better quickly, and he is respectful of your time. He will never recommend treatments that you really don’t need or that don’t target your specific symptoms.

Does Chiropractic Care Hurt?

Chiropractic care should not hurt. The area may feel tender after your treatments. This is not caused by the treatment itself, but by the changes in your body as things start moving properly, and your body wakes up and starts to heal naturally. Dr. Aaron takes great care in ensuring that your treatments are not painful.
Can Chiropractic Care Cure Everything?

Chiropractic care does not directly cure anything, and you should exercise caution with practitioners who promise to cure your ailments. The goal of chiropractic care is to help your body heal itself, and Dr. Aaron’s role is to restore motion that may involve nerve interference.
Do I Need a Referral from My Physician for Chiropractic Treatments?

We do not require referrals from your physician.
Will You Manage My Care with My Doctor?

Dr. Aaron is more than happy to discuss your treatment plan with your physician.
Will I Be Adjusted During My First Visit?

That depends. In most cases, Dr. Aaron does do adjustments during the first appointment. In some cases, though, he wants to study your x-rays and symptoms first before proceeding with adjustments/
Will Dr. Aaron Help with Exercises and Self-Care for My Symptoms?

Not right away. As you progress with your treatment plan, he may recommend exercises at home, lifestyle changes, and self-care techniques.
